Refund & Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our custom seat covers. Please review this policy carefully before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.
1. Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from delivery to report issues related to:
- Fitment problems (must match the exact make, model, and year ordered)
- Damaged or missing items
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In original condition and packaging
- Unused, with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Submitted with photo evidence of the issue
- Custom order returns require following our specific return process.
2. Exchanges & Warranty
All orders include a 1-year limited warranty (damage only) with one exchange per order.
If defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, contact us immediately. Approved exchanges receive a prepaid return label.
If you purchased the 10-year warranty upgrade, coverage extends to 10 years.
Exchanges count toward your warranty. Multiple exchanges are not allowed (one per order).
All orders come with a 1 year warranty as the main offer packaged with your seat covers. However, if you use any of our larger discount offers that discount $40 or more from your order this will replace the warranty on your order. Please refer to our Terms regarding your warranty.
3. Cancellations & Order Updates
Canceling an Order
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible, as materials and production will have begun.
Updating an Order
Updates (such as changing vehicle details, colors, or options) must also be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, changes cannot be made once materials are ordered and production has started.
4. Fitment Guidelines
Standard Fitment (intended fit, not refundable):
Some parts of the original seat will remain visible (e.g., underside of headrests, seat corners, seat sides).
Back seat covers do not fully wrap around; only the front face is covered.
Limited compatibility with folding cupholders, car seats, or folding seat functions.
Headrest coverage varies by design (360° only if adjustable).
Standards come with our standard diamond pattern, no custom colors or patterns.
Full Custom Fitment (factory-style leather look):
Includes full 360° coverage on fronts and backs.
Requires careful tucking for best results (tool provided).
Covers may have slight looseness but should not bunch or sag.
Cutouts will be made for full custom fitments only. However, please note that these cut outs will only be for essential functionalities required for vehicle safety. We do not do cutouts for tvs, car seat anchors, chargers or storage compartments.

5. Fitment Issues
If your covers don’t fit:
Follow our Installation Guide.
If issues remain, email support@firstclasscovers.com with photos and details.
Our team will review within 48 hours and email you with a decision.
Refunds will not be given if your seat covers match the fitment guidelines of your chosen package.
You will be required to follow our fitment issue process below or no refunds will be given:
1. We require photo evidence of the issues and install. This allows us to be sure everything is installed properly and the issues you address are not caused from improper installation.
2. We require you to cooperate with any guidance from our fitment team to help with analysis of the fitment issues. This may include adjusting the cover for proper fitment, sending more specific photos, attempting proper install, swapping covers around if they are in the wrong place, etc.
3. Once we have gone through the analysis if there are still fitment issues, your order is subject to an exchange first to fix the issues you addressed. This is covered in your warranty.
4. If you receive an exchange and the seat covers still have issues with the fitment that do not align with our photos and fitment guidelines a full refund will be issued.
Note: You only get one exchange, so make sure to address all of the issues in the first exchange shipment so we can fix them all.
Failure to follow the procedures above refunds will not be given.
If you do not send us photo evidence of the issues ,refunds will not be give.
If you do not cooperate with install guidance, refunds will not be given.
All of our seat covers are custom made per order and can be tricky to install. We have this procedure in place to protect us and help you. We must be sure that the seat covers are fully installed properly before we can go forward with exchanges and refunds.
6. Custom Orders
Seat covers are made to order. We may request interior photos during production.
Failure to provide photos or measurements voids your warranty and return eligibility.
If you refuse to cooperate with the process, you may still exchange for a fee , provided photos are submitted for proper reproduction.
Why? Because photos are used for verification of your seats. Many makes, models and years can have 2 - 3 seat variations for the same exact vehicle. Without photos we have to guess what yours could be.
Below are the exchange fees:
Full Set 5 - 6 Seats: $250
Fronts 2 - 3 Seats: $100
Backs 3 Seats: $200
Customers will receive multiple reminders before warranty/return rights are voided. Once the exchange fee is paid, an exchange will be issued.
7. Refunds
Refunds are considered only after:
An approved exchange attempt.
The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
Refund conditions:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.
Return labels must be used within 15 days or the request will be canceled.
Refund requests will be denied if:
No photo evidence is provided after full installation.
The item is still in production or undelivered.
The covers were installed in a different vehicle than ordered.
A full installation was not attempted (covers must be strapped and tucked properly).
Customer does not follow our install guidance.
You ordered a Standard Fit but expected Full Custom Fit.
