Refund & Return Policy — First Class Covers
We stand behind the quality of our custom seat covers. Please review this policy carefully before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.
1. Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report issues related to:
- Fitment problems (must match the exact make, model, and year ordered)
- Damaged or missing items
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In original condition and packaging
- Unused, with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Submitted with photo evidence of the issue
Custom orders require following our specific return process outlined in this policy.
2. Warranty & Exchanges
1-Year Limited Warranty: All orders include a 1-year limited warranty (manufacturing defects and damage only), which includes one exchange per order. If your seat covers are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, contact us immediately. Approved exchanges will receive a prepaid return label.
10-Year Warranty Upgrade: If you purchased the 10-year warranty upgrade, your coverage extends to 10 years from the date of delivery. The 10-year warranty was introduced in September 2025. Orders placed before September 2025 are not eligible for the 10-year warranty.
Discount and Warranty Interaction: If you applied a discount of $40 or more to your order, that discount replaces your 1-year warranty and your eligibility for a free exchange. If an exchange is needed, the cost will be determined on a case-by-case basis. The 1-year warranty and large discount offers cannot be bundled together. The 10-year warranty may be bundled with large discount offers.

Exchange Limit: Each order is entitled to one exchange. Multiple exchanges are not allowed. Make sure to address all issues during your first exchange request so everything can be corrected at once.
3. Cancellations & Order Updates
Canceling an Order: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible, as materials will have been ordered and production will have begun.
Updating an Order: Updates — such as changing vehicle details, colors, or options — must also be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, changes cannot be made once materials are ordered and production has started.
4. Fitment Guidelines
Standard Fitment:
- Some portions of the original seat will remain visible (e.g., underside of headrests, seat corners, seat sides).
- Back seat covers cover the front face only and do not fully wrap around.
- Limited compatibility with folding cupholders, car seats, or folding seat functions.
- Headrest coverage varies by design.
- Comes with our standard diamond pattern. Custom colors or patterns are not available with this package.
Full Coverage Fitment:
- Includes full 360° surround coverage on fronts and backs. Depending on your seat, you may still be able to see parts of your original upholstery. Such as seat sides, under the headrest, and seat creases.
- Designed for full adjustment capabilities on headrests and folding seat backs.
- Includes precise cutouts for levers and latches only if it is required for safety.
- Requires careful tucking for best results (installation tool provided).
- Covers may have slight looseness initially but should not bunch or sag.
Cutout Policy (Full Coverage Fitment Only): Cutouts are made for Full Coverage Fitment orders only and are limited to essential vehicle safety functionalities. We do not make cutouts for TVs, car seat anchors, chargers, storage compartments or quality of life features. You will be required to do your own cutouts for features we do not make cuts for.

5. Fitment & Order Issues
Please review the fitment guidelines in Section 4 before submitting a claim. If the reported issue falls within those guidelines, it is not considered a manufacturing defect or fitment error and will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Eligible for Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:
- Wrong Vehicle: If you received seat covers made for the wrong vehicle and we can verify the error in our system, you will receive an immediate replacement.
- Wrong Color: If you received a different color than the one you selected, we can verify this using the color ID chosen at the time of purchase and will issue an immediate exchange.
- Covers Too Large: If your seat covers are too large, causing sagging, sliding, or inability to install, you will receive an exchange.
- Covers Too Small: If your seat covers are too small and you cannot install them at all, or more than 2 inches of original upholstery is showing underneath, you will receive an exchange.
- Missing Items: If your order is missing an item you paid for, the missing item will be sent out immediately.
Not Eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds:
- Covers match fitment guidelines: If your seat covers fit within the guidelines for your order type, you are not eligible for a return.
- Minimal upholstery showing: Small areas of original upholstery visible in cracks, crevices, or the underside of seats or headrests (less than 2 inches) are not eligible for return.
- Tightness due to new material: If your covers are tight but do not meet the criteria to be considered "too small" as defined above, you are not eligible for a return. New leather material can be tight and will stretch and form to the seat with regular use.
- Features not advertised: If you expect compatibilities or features that are not directly advertised, you are not eligible for a return. For example, we do not advertise full coverage of back seat armrests and specifically state that this is not included.
- Color not as expected: All customers are required to select a color ID at the time of purchase. If the color does not meet expectations when seen in person, this is not eligible for return. We inform all customers that colors may appear lighter or darker depending on lighting conditions.
- Standard Fitment ordered instead of Full Coverage Fitment: If you ordered a Standard Fitment expecting it to be a Full Coverage Fitment, this is not eligible for a refund unless your issue aligns with our return policy regarding fitment defects. If your order fits within Standard Fitment guidelines, the sale is final.
6. Fitment Issue Process
If your covers don't fit as expected, please follow the steps below. Failure to follow this process will result in exchanges and refunds being denied.
- Submit Photo Evidence: Provide photos of the seat covers fully installed. This allows our team to confirm proper installation and verify that the issue is not caused by improper installation.
- Cooperate with Our Fitment Team: You must cooperate with any guidance from our fitment team. This may include adjusting the cover for proper fitment, submitting additional photos, attempting proper installation, or swapping covers if they are in the wrong position.
- Exchange First: Once our team has reviewed the issue, if a fitment problem is confirmed, your order will be subject to an exchange to correct the issues — this is covered under your warranty.
- Refund After Exchange: If you receive an exchange and the replacement seat covers still have fitment issues that do not align with our fitment guidelines, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds and exchanges will not be issued if:
- No photo evidence of a full installation is provided.
- You do not cooperate with our installation guidance.
- The issue is not reported within 30 days of delivery.
All of our seat covers are custom made to order and can be tricky to install. This process is in place to protect you and to ensure we can resolve issues accurately and fairly.
7. Custom Orders & Photo Requirements
All seat covers are made to order. During the production period, we will request interior photos of your vehicle's seats.
Why photos are required: Many makes, models, and years have two to three seat variations for the same vehicle. Without photos, we have to estimate which configuration applies to your vehicle, which increases the risk of fitment issues.
Failure to provide photos: If photos are not submitted during production, your warranty and return eligibility will be voided. You will receive multiple reminders before this takes effect.
If you still need an exchange without having provided photos: You may still request an exchange for a fee, provided you submit the required photos for proper reproduction. Exchange fees are as follows:

Once the exchange fee is paid, an exchange will be issued.
7.5 Disputes
If a customer opens a dispute, all related services will be paused until the dispute is resolved. No products will be shipped or delivered while a dispute remains open.
If the customer withdraws or closes the dispute, services will resume and proceed to completion.
If we are required to contest and successfully win the dispute in order to recover payment, all warranties and exchange eligibility for that order will be void. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the applicable exchange fee if they wish to receive a replacement item.
This is to protect us from people weaponizing the dispute system to get their way and free product.
8. Refunds
Refunds are considered only after:
- An approved exchange has been completed.
- The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
Refund Conditions:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.
- Return labels must be used within 15 days, or the request will be canceled.
Refunds will be denied if:
- No photo evidence of a full installation is provided.
- The item is still in production or has not yet been delivered.
- The covers were installed in a different vehicle than the one ordered for.
- A full installation was not attempted (covers must be strapped and tucked properly).
- You do not follow our installation guidance.
- You ordered a Standard Fitment but expected a Full Coverage Fitment.
