If you ordered the full custom surround seat covers and you have areas where the leather is interfering with functions of the seat, you will need to use your scissors to cut away parts of the leather that are blocking the functionality. ONLY do this if you cannot tuck. For example, the back side of your back seat backrests may have openings to latch the seat upright, if the cover blocks this, cut a small opening where the latch connects to the seat.

If your seat covers do not fit, please insure that you installed everything properly. You may reach out to us for guidance.

Also note, that depending on your seat there may be areas that are a bit looser or that may show parts of your original seat. In some cases this is unavoidable, remember that we are a seat cover company, not full reupholstery. Some areas of your seat may show through.

With this in mind, if you can't get your seat covers on at all due to error on our part. Or there are large areas of your upholstery still showing, contact us at support@firstclasscovers.com right away!

For most standard vehicles you will not need to unbolt your seats. However, some vehicles such as classics and small coupes / sedans, you may need to unbolt the back bench seats to fully be able to install. This is due to seat folding limitations that do not allow you to get under the seat without unbolting. If your vehicle requires unbolting to fully install, you will have to unbolt the seats.

Standard Fitment:
Our standard fitment options, available on our website, include basic customizations. With this option, some parts of your original upholstery may still be visible, and certain seat functions may be limited depending on your seat type. Examples include headrest adjustments, seat folding, covered levers or switches, and armrests. This package is our more affordable, hands-off option for basic coverage, designed to cover the full seat when the headrest is set to its lowest position.

Full Custom Fitment:
Our full custom fitment includes all available customizations. Custom stitching, patterns and colors. We add precise cutouts for levers and switches, provide full surround coverage on seat backs for folding functions, and design headrest covers with full adjustment capabilities. Because of the additional tailoring, this package requires more one-on-one communication to confirm measurements and identify all areas that need cutouts for a perfect fit. If no communication is received during this process, your order will automatically be downgraded to the Standard Fit package, and the price difference will be credited back to your account.

If you pay for our Standard Fit through our website, your covers will not include arm rest compatibility. You will need to uninstall the arm rest and then install the seat covers. If you would like to reisntall the arm rest, you can follow the headrest hole cutting guide above to cut a hole for your armrest.

Jump seat covers are a new addition we added recently. They are very tricky due to the folding mechanisms, cupholders, and lid on the top. We are still working on an install guide for them.
